Each year, RoMan Manufacturing repairs, remanufactures and recycles old transformers originally headed for the landfill. We reuse every part that can be salvaged, and recycle materials like copper, aluminum, and steel that typically end up in the scrap yard.

Through our subsidiary company, DAS Industries, RoMan encourages minimizing the impact our products have on the environment. DAS has the capabilities of recycling not only our products, but similar products from other manufactures as well.

This environmental friendly initiative allows RoMan to recycle “used” transformers in our manufacturing / remanufacturing process. This recycling process helps RoMan control costs and reduce environmental impact by keeping scrap transformers out of landfills.
