RoMan builds complete DC power panel systems designed to support high-temperature crystal growth processes—from pilot lines to full fab-scale operations. With integrated SCR, IGBT, or ERT controls and capacities ranging from 50kVA to 1200kVA+, our panels are engineered for scalability, thermal stability, and process precision. Each panel is custom-configured for your load requirements, cooling system, and integration architecture (SCADA/PLC), and built with RoMan’s in-house magnetics and water-cooled components.
